Warm and dry with lots of sunshine in central and southern Europe, patchy rain in the north

Thursday
Showers developing across eastern areas of Spain later in the day, some heavy and thundery, but largely dry elsewhere across the Iberian continent. Mainly dry for the Balearics including Italy, however the odd isolated shower cannot be completely ruled out. Largely dry and hot for Greece and Turkey.
Another largely dry day for France, however some torrential thunderstorms look to develop in the south later in. Dry and fine for the Netherlands and Belgium including Germany. Dry and hot for Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. A few showers across southwest Austria but mainly dry too for the Alpine countries. Dry and fine for the Balkan States.
Scattered showers for Norway with some showers across northern and central regions of Sweden. Some showers affecting Finland, mainly further north and east. Some showers for the Baltic States in the morning but drying up in the afternoon. Mostly dry for Denmark.

Friday
A fine day through Portugal and Spin with plenty of sunshine. Stying hot and sunny through the Balearics and into Corsica and Sardinia. Greece and Turkey will be fine with plenty of sunshine here.
More dry weather for much of France. The sunshine extends through the Low Countries and Germany, although some heavy and thundery showers affecting southern Germany and Switzerland as well as Austria. Hungary should be mostly dry and it will be sunny and dry in Poland.
A fair day in Denmark with plenty of sunny spells. Dry and sunny through the Baltic States. Some cloud and showers affecting Finland, most in the west. Sweden will have scattered showers to the south but will be fair in the north. Norway will be wet with some periods of rain, the heaviest in the south, whilst the north is brighter with a few showers.
