Rain in eastern Spain, mostly fair in central Europe


Wednesday
Scattered showersin northern Spain on Wednesday but fine for most southern and western areas. heavy showers, thunderstorms and longer spells of rain affecting eastern Spain as well as the Balearics. Further showers in Sardinia with a few in Corsica. Italy will have showers in central and southern areas but the north will be dry and fair. More sunshine and dry weather in Greece and Turkey.
France should be fine with lots of sunshine after a chilly start. Some rain in the Low Countries and northern Germany in the afternoon. Poland and the rest of Germany, Austria, Hungary and Switzerland should be dry and sunny throughout.
Rain and strong winds arriving in Denmark and western Norway on Wednesday afternoon. Heavy showers in the Baltic States with rain in Finland. Sweden will have some showers. Mostly fair in northern Norway, but the chance of a shower or two.


Thursday
Rain and thunderstorms in eastern and southeast Spain on Thursday. Much of northern and western Spain will be dry, with more sunshine and dry weather in Portugal too. Italy should be dry with lots of sunshine. Greece and Turkey will also be dry with more sunshine here.
France is going to be dry and sunny after morning mist patches clear. The Low Countries will have broken cloud, whilst Germany will be dry with sunny spells. Fair too in Poland with more sunshine here. Switzerland, Austria and Hungary are also going to be dry with sunny spells.
Breezy with periods of rain in western Denmark as well as Norway. Sweden should be dry with sunny spells, and mostly dry in the Baltic States too. Breezy with showers in Finland, a few of these heavy.
