Thundery rain in the far west, fine Scandinavia

Tuesday

A mostly dry morning across Spain and Portugal but in the afternoon expect some rather heavy showers, likely thundery to develop across northern areas. Dry, fine and warm for ther Balearic Islands as well as Italy ands the surrounding islands. Scattered showers, possibly thundery across Greece with heavier showers across northern Turkey.
Largely dry across France, however, a few showers could develop in the southeast and through the Pyrenees. Largely dry for Switzerland and Austria, however, the odd shower cannot be ruled out here. Dry, fine and warm for the Netherlands and Germany but eastern Europe looking more unsettled with thundery and heavy showers.
A dry and fine day for Norway and Denmark. Largely dry and fine across Sweden and Finland although the odd isolated shower cannot be ruled out. A few showers trailing through the Baltic States.

Tuesday
Heavy thunderstorms developing across northern and eastern Spain on Tuesday. Portugal and more southern areas of Spain should be dry with sunny spells. Fine across the Balearics with sunshine here. More sunshine and dry weather for Italy. Greece may see some afternoon showers in the north and east, but will be fair in the south and west. Heavy, thundery showers in central and northern parts of Turkey.
France will be dry with sunshine to the north. However, some thundery showers developing in the Bay of Biscay and affecting southwest France, working their way north during the day. Warm with plenty of sunshine in the Low Countries and staying dry with more sunshine for Germany. Some showery rain affecting Poland. Hungary and Austria should be dry and sunny, although some showers may be triggered over Switzerland later.
A fair day for Denmark, although a few showers may affect the east. Fine for most of the Baltic States with plenty of sunshine here. More sunshine to come across much of Finland. Sweden should be fair to with lots of dry weather. Staying fine under high pressure over Norway.
