Thunderstorms across central Europe into southern Italy and the Aegean.

Tuesday
A largely fair day over much of Spain and Portugal. There will be a few showers in northern and eastern areas later. Heavy showers developing in central and southern parts of Italy, but some sunny spells too. Widespread and heavy thunderstorms may affect Greece. Further showers in central and eastern parts of Turkey.
Bright and dry with sunny spells in central and western France, a few showers in the east. Scattered showers for the Netherlands with some heavy showers in Germany. Poland should be mostly dry with good spells of sunshine, and it should be dry and sunny in Hungary. Austria and Switzerland will have thundery showers, some heavy.
Scattered showers in southern Denmark, fine through northern areas. More sunshine to come in the Baltic States. A few showers for Finland. Dry in Sweden with good spells of sunshine. Showers in southern Sweden but dry for most with good spells of sunshine.

Wednesday
Another largely dry and fine day for Spain and Portugal, although one or two showers could develop across northern and eastern Spain later. Thundery, heavy showers for central and southern areas of Italy but these becoming mostly confined to southern areas through the day. Dry and fine for Corsica and Sardinia but thundery and heavy showers for Sicily. Thunderstorms across Greece once again on Wednesday. A better day for Turkey.
The far east of France seeing thunderstorms with a risk of some heavier showers further north too. A better day across the Netherlands but scattered showers for Germany. Switzerland and Austria will again see thundery, heavy showers. Largely dry for Poland and down the Balkan States.
A dry and fine day for Denmark. Largely dry for Norway and Sweden but developing showers across central areas of Sweden are expected, these heavy and possibly thundery. A few scattered local showers across Finland but largely dry. Generally dry through the Baltic States.
