Thundery rain affecting northwest Europe. Drier elsewhere.

Saturday
Dry and fine for Portugal and largely dry for Spain although showers and thunderstorms look to develop in the far north. Dry and fine through the Balearic Islands, Italy, Corsica and Sardinia as well as Turkey. Thunderstorms affecting northern parts of Greece but drier elsewhere.
Rain across northern France in the morning will push southwards through the day, turning heavy and thundery for some. Rain pushing across the Low Countries too. Largely dry for Germany and Poland. Showers across Austria and Switzerland, some heavy and thundery. Largely dry for the Balkan States.
A few scattered showers about for Denmark and the Baltic States but mostly dry here. Showers across southern regions of Sweden, Norway and Finland but dry further north.

Sunday
Dry and fine for Portugal and largely dry for Spain although showers across the far north. Dry and fine through the Balearic Islands, much of Italy, Corsica and Sardinia although the odd deevloping shower cannot be ruled out here. One or two local thunderstorms across Greece and Turkey but mostly dry.
Another unsettled day across France and the Low Countries with showery outbreaks of rain, heavy and thundery in places. More showers pushing into Germany later but plenty of places staying dry here. Showers across Austria and Switzerland. Largely dry through the Balkan States although Slovakia may see a passing shower. Largely dry across Poland.
A few scattered showers about across southern regions of Norway and Sweden. More in the way of cloud further north with some showery rain here. Drier elsewhere. Some showers affecting northern Finland but largely dry elsewhere here. Mostly dry and fine across Denmark.
