Thunderstorms continue over the central Med spreading north and east on Monday


Sunday
Dry and sunny for Portugal and Spain. Rain clearing from the Balearics to leave a mostly sunny day with cloud building at times. Heavy thundery showers for Corsica, Sardinia and Italy. Dry, bright and warm for Greece and Turkey though some showers could develop over the far north.
Showers affecting southern parts of France; overcast but drier to the northwest initially before a band of rain moves in from the Channel. Overcast for the Low Countries and Germany with rain moving into northern areas later in the day. Brighter to the southeast. Cloudy across Poland with showers in the south. A mixture of sunshine and showers for Switzerland, Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia.
Overcast for Denmark with outbreaks of rain at times in the south. Drier to the north. Low pressure brings outbreaks of rain and windy conditions to central Sweden, Finland and the Baltics. Brighter for Norway and southern Sweden with just the odd isolated shower.

Monday
Warm and sunny for Portugal, Spain and the Balearics on Monday. A few showers developing along the north coast of Spain through the afternoon. Thundery outbreaks of rain continuing for Corsica, Sardinia and Italy, spreading into Greece too. Dry, hot and sunny in Turkey.
Showers for southeastern France; dry but cloudy to the northwest. Cloudy too for the Low Countries with just the odd isolated shower here. A band of rain will edge southeastward across Germany leaving a mixture of sunshine and scattered showers to the northwest. Showers, some of them thundery, spreading into Switzerland, Austria, Hungary and Slovakia.
Staying dry but cloudy for Denmark on Monday while patchy rain and showers will move eastward across the Baltic States. Rain also affecting southeast Norway, southern and central Sweden, and southern Finland later. Brighter to the north with isolated showers.
