Heavy rain and gusty winds pushing across the Baltic States


Monday
A largely dry Mediterranean, though a few local thunderstomrs likely to pop up across north and central Spain. Northeast Italy too seeing some thundery showers developing later.
France will be fair with sunny spells and still with a bit of a breeze. The odd spot of rain across northern Germany otherwise largely dry. Scattered showers through the Alpine region but also sunny spells. Some showery rain affecting parts of Poland but plenty of dry weather about too. Dry and fine for the Balkans.
Most showers easing back across Finland though there is the threat of some heavier rain in the very far southeast corner. Rather windy with heavy bursts of rain across the Baltic States. Largely dry for Sweden and Norway though a few scattered showers about. A dry and fine day for Denmark.


Tuesday
A dry, sunny and hot Spain and Portugal though one or two local thunderstorms again cannot be ruled out across northern Spain later. Heavier showers developing across eastern regions of Italy later but dry and fine elsewhere. Dry, sunny and hot across Greece and Turkey.
Hot, dry and sunny across France and much of northern and central Europe. Heavier rain associated with gusty winds will affect the far east and northeast of Poland pushing into the Baltic States.
Largely dry and fine through Sweden, while some rain pushing into parts of west Norway. Outbreaks of rain affecting parts of Finland too, some heavy. Dry and sunny across Denmark.
