Mostly dry central and southern Europe, a winter storm in the east

Sunday
Staying dry and generally fine with sunshine across Spain and Portugal as well as the Balearic islands. One or two showers passing across Corsica and Sardinia but largely dry. Mainly dry too across Italy. Heavy showers easing back across the Greek islands through the day. Still to expect some sharp showers through parts of Turkey.
Plenty of cloud across northern and central parts of France again with mist and fog patches but staying dry. Breezy but dry across the Low Countries and north Germany, less wind further south here. Still windy with outbreaks of rain, sleet and snow affecting Poland into the Czech Republic and parts of Hungary. Dry and settled for Switzerland, Austria and the Balkans.
Staying cold and windy across Scandinavia with outbreaks of rain, sleet and snow, also affecting the Baltic States. Winds easing across Denmark and staying dry with some sunny spells.

Monday
Some showery rain affecting northern Spain on Monday. Most of the rest of Iberia will be dry with plenty of sunshine. Cool but dry across the Balearic Islands. Windy for Corsica and Sardinia with a few showers. Some rain affecting central and southern Italy but it should be dry in the far north. Greece will be dry with good spells of sunshine and western Turkey should stay dry although there will be some heavy rain in the east.
Cool across France and breezy. Some sunshine in the west but there will be showers in the east. Windy and cold for the low countries with frequent showers here. Unsettled and cold in Germany where there may be some sleet and also rain particularly through central and southern areas. Staying chilly across Poland with some wintry showers in the south but drive to the north. Hungry should be mostly dry, although Austria and Switzerland will be seeing rain and snow.
A chilly day in Denmark with bright spells but also some showers. Dry for Sweden, some sunshine in the south. Windy and cold across the Baltic States with frequent snow showers and these snow showers will be affecting Finland as well. Norway will be chilly with some snow showers in the west but should be dry in the east.
