Improving across Spain

Today
An area of rain will lie across southern England into the Low Countries and into northern parts of Germany. A very unsettled day ahead for Iberia with heavy rain expected across Portugal, Spain and across much of France. Lots of fine, dry and warm weather to come from the Balearics into Sardinia and Italy. Fine and dry as well across the Adriatic Region, The Balkans, Turkey and Romania with sunny spells. Rain and show is forecast for Norway with outbreaks of rain to affect Sweden, western parts of Finland, The Baltic States and Belarus. Cold but dry again today across Russia and most of the Ukraine. A windy day across the western Mediterranean and also across the Aegean.



Tuesday
A better day to come across Iberia today and much warmer across southern Spain. It should be mainly dry but some heavy showers are expected across the south of Portugal. A warm day as well across the Balearics into Italy where it will be dry and sunny. An area of heavy rain is expected across the Baltic States into the north of Poland and across much of Germany. Some heavy showers to affect the south east of France otherwise fair and dry. Cold across Norway but mainly dry. Expect rain for Sweden with an area of snow across Finland and north west Russia. Lots of dry weather with sunny spells across the Adriatic Region and the Balkans. Fine and dry acrossTurkey. Strong easterly winds will prevail through the Straits of Gibraltar and it continues windy across the Aegean.
