Heavy thunderstorms in central Europe, fine for the Mediterranean

Hot and sunny over Spain and Portugal on Thursday. The fine and hot weather extending tinto the Balearics, Corsica and Sardinia. Some heavy showers could break out across central and southern Italy but the north will be dry and sunny. Greece stays hot and sunny with this fine and hot weather continuing in Turkey.
Scattered thunderstorms developing in central France, but for most of the country it should be dry and sunny. Staying fine in the Low Countries and western parts of Germany, but some rain in the east of Germany and across western Poland too. Showers affecting Hungary, Switzerland and Austria.
Some showers to come across Denmark this afternoon with heavy showers in Sweden and the baltic States as well as Finland. Norway is looking brighter with sunny spells here.

Some thundery showers developing over eastern Spain on Friday. Most of the rest of Spain and Portugal should be fine and hot with lots of sunshine. Staying fine across the balearics as well as most of Italy with plenty of sunshine here. Greece and Turkey should be dry and sunny and wil be very warm once again.
A band of rain affects northwest France with central areas being dry and bright. Thunderstorms in eastern and southern parts of France, some of them heavy. The Low Countries and Germany should be dry and bright with good spells of sunshine. Cloud and outbreaks of rain affecting Poland, with heavy showers extending into Hungary, Switzerland and Austria.
Mostly fair for Denmark and the baltic States. There could be some showers in Finland, but much of Sweden should be dry and bright with good sunny spells. More sunshine to come in most of Norway.
